How often should i change my oil?

It should be changed every 3,000-5,000 miles.

Do I need an estimate before starting the repairs?

Yes, if you’re in North London, you would need to get an estimate before starting your repairs, and you should always do that anyway, it protects you against surprise charges.

My car is a leased vehicle. Am I responsible for maintenance?

Yes, you are responsible of each repair and maintenance that your car needed as shown in the owner’s manual.

What parts should be replaced and at what intervals should these services be performed?

You have all the information in the owner’s manual. Read it carefully!

What does it mean if my "check engine" or "service engine soon" light comes on?

When one of these fails, it is important to have the issue addressed to prevent long-term problems.

What is a timing belt and how do I know when mine needs replacing?

It’s that part which controls the timing of the engine’s valves. You should change it every 50.000 – 70.000 miles. Check the owner’s manual and see the correct replacement interval!

How does the quality of aftermarket parts compare with original equipment parts?

Those aftermarket parts that were supplied by Euro Car Parts, Lloyds & All Parts, can overcome manufacturer’s specifications.

How often should antifreeze be replaced?

Antifreeze should be replaced every two years due to oxidation and deterioration of important additives.

Does brake fluid really need to be changed?

It’s very important that the brake fluid to be flushed periodically to keep corrosion under control.

Do I really have to replace my timing belt at the recommended interval?

YES. The failure of a timing belt in many cars can result in major engine damage. The cost of repairing an engine with a broken timing belt is much greater than the cost of a timing belt replacement.

How long does it take to repair my automobile?

That’s a little hard to determine without an estimate as there are far too many factors to consider as you can probably imagine. Obviously extensive damage repair and paint refinishing will take much longer than a minor damage repair. Remember, at LS Motors we have the experienced technicians and advanced technology to repair your automobile as precisely and efficiently as possible.
